Can you purchase a HUD home if you recieve SSI, SSD and FIA?
I receive S.S.I and S.S.D for myself and S.S.I for one of my children. I also receive F.I.A. I having been paying $799 a month for rent, for over the last year in a-half. I was wondering if I would qualify for a HUD loan. My total income is $1728 a month and I tired of just wasting money on paying rent, when there are programs for low-income people like myself to either purchase a home or to purchase a home by rent to own. If I do qualify, where do I start?
